Museum Membership Terms and Conditions

The following terms apply to Museum memberships:

The membership is valid for one year from the date of purchase and allows unlimited entry to the Museum. The membership does not include admission to performances, films, or any activities that require an additional fee for the general public.

The membership is personal and non-transferable, including between spouses.

Museum members are not required to schedule their visit in advance; however, it is the member’s responsibility to verify the Museum’s opening days and hours prior to arrival. The membership card must be presented at the Museum entrance together with a valid form of identification. Renewal of the membership within up to three months from its expiration date entitles the member to a 10% discount.

A family membership is intended exclusively for two parents and their children up to the age of 18. A grandparents and grandchildren membership is intended exclusively for two grandparents and their grandchildren up to the age of 18. It is not permitted to combine the two membership types.

A membership may be frozen for a maximum period of up to three months. The freeze must be requested in advance through the Museum ticket office. A membership freeze is permitted only once during the membership period.
