3.2 Ticket purchases and use of the Ticketing Company’s website are subject to that website’s Terms of Use, and the Museum bears no responsibility for any representations made there.
3.3 The Museum and/or anyone on its behalf shall not be liable for any damage, including indirect damage, distress, or inconvenience, arising from use of the Ticketing Company’s website or its services.
